I am a Solar and Alternate Energy Engineer, graduated from Amity University Dubai (Batch 2016-2020), currently pursuing MBA in Blockchain and AI. 

I’m working at Ecolife Solar Energy - Japanese Company, with more than 2 experience as Solar PV Engineer, where I learned valuable professional skills, such as designing, making proposals (Technical/Commercial (On-Grid & Off-Grid), Solar leasing, etc.) project management and Risk Assessment.

Project Coordination: 

• Main responsibility is to ensure the project is running smoothly on time and to budget.
•  Duties typically include planning certain parts of the projects, monitoring its progress, coordinating meetings and overseeing members of the project team.

Project Proposal Estimation

• Determining the scope of the project, reviewing of preliminary data and deliverables such as proposal specifications and drawings, as well as attending pre-bid meeting, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of the estimate before a project sets-off. 

Procurement Management

• Main responsibility is to identify potential supplier source, screening them and negotiating favorable payment terms. 

Sales:

• Approaching, Scheduling and Meeting potential customers. 
• Identifies new markets and customer leads and pitch prospective customers. 

Marketing:

• Virtual tradeshow creation working with DEWA 
• Updating company website on regular basis

Accounts:

• Maintaining the project balance sheet 
• Maintaining office expense record 

Technical Proposal – On-Grid & Off- Grid:

• Under the supervision of the Head of technical support, establish the overall index of the whole technical proposal in order to establish the overall strategy and approach to the preparation of technical proposal.
• Partake in compiling the technical proposal in its final format, hard and electronic copies. 
• Respond to Technical clarification requests received from clients. 

Commercial Proposal- On-Grid & Off- Grid: 

• Generating cost and pricing sheets to report sell price, profit and costs to business leadership. 
• Analyze commercial and technical details to prepare risk assessment and manage the deal approval process to ensure a strong business case and complaint process. 

Financial (Solar leasing) Proposal: 

• Working with the structured finance team, supporting all aspects of developing and closing solar project investments.
• Focuses on financial modeling to assist in designing new investment structures, vetting new project opportunities and working with various funds. 
• Working with the business development teams to vet new market opportunities. 

Designing:

• On basis of DEWA Shams Standards i.e., SLD’s, Load Schedule, Voltage Drop calculation, PVsyst, Helioscope Simulation, AutoCAD etc.

HSE Manager:

• HSE plan, Risk Assessment, Tool-Box Talk, Site induction. 
• Establishes, manages and monitor standards, processes, and communications to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety within the company are adhered to, to ensure a safe working environment. 
• Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the company HSE Systems. 
• Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate safety and environment system procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in company directives. 

Labor Management:

• Labor arrangements, maintaining records of work and handling payments.
• Managing the administration process for labor contracts.
• Analyzing the key issues such as compensation rates, contract provisions, healthcare, wages, pensions, union requirements, and management guidelines.      

Project Reporting: 

• Daily, Weekly and Monthly
• Responsible for providing accurate and reliable reports that depict the projects status, activities, accomplishments, and challenges. 

Payment Follow-up:

• Follow-up with customers for payments in accordance with payment due dates. 
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management. 
• Providing timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
