• Conducting QHSE audit and Developing and Delivering different required HSE trainings to the Cleanco staff at different Cleanco sites (All Al-Futtaim Projects, Nakheel Projects,Jumeirah Projects, all Government and semi government  projects i.e Dubai Customs, DP World, Dubai court and British School and Universities).
• Ensure that all safety legislation is adhered to and policies and practices are adopted. 
• Anticipate, identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices. 
• Develop hazard controls, methods, procedures and processes to eliminate/reduce health and safety incidents.
• Implement, administer and advise on hazard control programs.
• Manage, audit and evaluate effectiveness of hazard control programs.
• Lead in-house training with senior managers about health and safety issues and risks.
• Developing Risk Assessments for different cleaning activities.
• Accidents/incident investigation and find out the root causes and immediate causes and suggesting the required control measures.
• Regular attending KPI Meetings with the clients after inspections and HSE trainings and discussing on the HSE or quality related issues they are facing and taking the immediate actions to solve their issues.
• Evaluation of our workers by checking their BICSc & HSE knowledge, their personal grooming and hse training effectiveness. 
• Controlling of HSE documents.
• Conducting regular all Cleanco camps inspections, conducting Fire safety inspections, welfare facility inspection.

HSE Trainer / HSE Advisor

Worked as HSE trainer at  PAK SAFETY Solutions from June-2017 to Dec-2019. 

Job Responsibilities

• Delivering local and international one day trainings both in house  and in public sessions.i.e, Fire safety HABC U.K, General health and safety HABC.UK, Confined Space, Risk Assessment HABC U.K.,Manual Handling, Chemical Safety, Work at height etc.
• Site inspections with Risk assessor.
• Coordination with international Certification Bodies i.e. NEBOSH.UK, IOSH UK, HABC UK, SHEILDS U.K etc.
