Shop Drawings (Architecture details, Structural, Infrastructure
• Coordinates, setbacks, Boundary walls.
• Report Clashes in IFC Drawings to the Architectural Engineer and proposals.
• Assist in Architectural Engineer to Prepare RFI’s and Proposals.
• walls Details, Block Work layout and details, Tiling Layouts and Details, Fall Ceiling
• Layout & Details & all types of Finishes Details
• Making site layout municipality benchmark for survey department
• Coordinated with MEP services, to ensure alignment of works
• Revising drawing as per consultant & Architect feedback and advice,
• Cross check sub-contractor drawings before submitting to consultant
• Drawings for the site engineer and surveyors for structures
• Coordinating Juniors Staffs and reporting to Engineers / managers.
• Coordinating with Authorities like RTA for Clarification or for any changes etc.….
• Obtained final municipality approval as regulated and NOCs
• Share Knowledge & Communicate with other Technical Team Members.
