•Purchase, Use and install Safety or Hazards Control Equipments, materials, arrange/provide training to the workers, operators, etc. Oversee and advises supervisors and in ensuring a safe working environment.

•Record and maintain workers & employee data for fit to work, their emergencies contact number, compensation, insurance arrangement, etc.

•Ensures that all required safety-related equipments, machineries, tools, vehicles, tower crane, concrete pumps, passenger/material hoist, etc operate through effective safety check list, testing, inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs are performed on time.

•Ensures that problems are evaluated for HSE risk are fixed according to policy, company standards, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 4001:2015 and in compliance with local statutory bodies.

•Chemical inventory control, hazardous communications/SDS, ergonomics, and other programs are developed and implemented.

•Improvise the project’s safety plan and zero-accident culture.

•Assess the workplace for hazards on a regular basis before issuing work permit and implement hazard controls before the work start wherever applicable.

•Make Arrangement and monitor for work at height, near edges, cutouts, fall hazard barications and suspended platforms. Look out for hazards related to electrical, moving object, slip/trip, fall, fire, wielding, etc. and reduce/eliminate it.

• Conducts safety meetings, tool box talks , prepare HSE report, Key Performance indicator, daily observation reports, and close NCR if found.
