Sreejith has over 24 years of overall experience in document control, record management, drawings archives, project support services, system support, and material control. He has expertise in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). In addition to document control, he offers exposure to a variety of other functions of the business such as project scheduling, project planning, office management, quality management system, ISO, and internal audits. 

• Took complete responsibility for all document control systems and been familiar with the Electronic Content Management System (ECMS), Open Text Live link, ACONEX, and Workflow, good working knowledge of document management systems, procedures, and processes.
• Received documents after quality check, registered and distributed all incoming, outgoing correspondence, transmittals, drawings, all submittals, and other related documents.
• Ensured that all the relevant project documentation was registered and maintained in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Assisted with the preparation of status reports, monthly reports, and the assembly of supporting documentation for the Manager and other departments.
• Followed up for outstanding submittals/shop drawings/as built and coordinated with the concerned team; and contributed to the setup configuration.
