A successful and well-experienced Senior Public Relations Officer (PRO) with 14 plus years of ex- pertise in the oil and gas industries. Having been born and brought up in UAE has afforded me a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise in the country. Experience
• Experience in coordination between Government Departments / Various Stakeholders to obtain NOCs, Permits, and all other required documents for a particular project.
• A proactive coordinator of Interface activities.
• Dexterous in liaising and maintaining working relations with the officials including Government authorities and Clients.
• Act as a Project Representative for obtaining approvals from various departments in a timely manner and follow up for the approval of documents/drawings enabling smooth progress of the project.
• An active facilitator in obtaining land/ property approvals from government departments.
• Responsible for submitting Bank guarantees to Government authorities for the project & Re- retrieving back after project completion.
• Coordination with Municipality, Civil Defense, CICPA, and Labor Department as and when required.
• Ensuring that work is being executed in accordance with the law of the land and regulatory requirements.
• Interacting with internal departments, sub-contractors, and other relevant parties for required documents, drawings & calculations to fulfill the requirements of Authorities.
• Preparing various request letters (Arabic and English), drawings, and required documents for submission to Authorities.
• Online submission to ADM, ADDC, DOT, and TRANSCO for approvals as per project requirements.
• Direct contact with all Government Departments; and have good working relationships with all departments at the senior as well as counter level so as to ensure all official formalities are completed on time.
• Following up lawsuits and financial payments for the Project from governments like Transco, ADDC, ADWEA, and Municipality (If needed).
• Internal and External liaison with various government departments such as immigration, Emirates ID, Department of Transport, etc., for various employee requirements.
• Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, employment or residence visas, car
