I am currently working as an Assessment Coordinator at Greenwood International School Dubai, UAE. Have 10 years of experience in providing the vision and leadership required to ensure a high quality of education for pupils. Have a proven track record of successfully managing resources and staff to improve educational services, thereby providing pupils and teachers with the best environment to achieve their full potential.  

I have managed and administered a team of more than 25 teachers. I have worked closely with each member to bring out the best in them. I am a team player. I have worked with stakeholders (students, teachers, parents and higher management) on several issues at the campus on daily basis.  

My degrees in Business Administration and Education along with my experience make me a perfect candidate. I have expert level MS office and MS Word skills. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills. I have been conducting meeting with my team and external parties. I have also served as an active member of NEASC steering committee panel.
