- Contribute to the development, review, and finalization of critical project deliverables across all stages of the HVAC design process.
- Perform comprehensive heat load calculations for various building types (industrial & administrative) to determine HVAC requirements.
- Design and analyze airflow diagrams for duct systems to ensure optimal air distribution.
- Calculate humidification and ventilation loads to maintain desired indoor air quality.
- Analyze building envelope leakage to identify and address thermal inefficiencies.
- Select and size appropriate HVAC equipment based on calculated loads and project specifications.
- Develop preliminary duct sizing and routing layouts for integration into 3D models.
- Create and maintain project documentation including data sheets, equipment specifications, service requisitions, system descriptions, and any required studies or reports.
- Evaluate technical bids for HVAC equipment and services.
