• Calculate humidification and ventilation loads to maintain desired indoor air quality.
• Analyze building envelope leakage to identify and address thermal inefficiencies.
• Select and size appropriate HVAC equipment based on calculated loads and project specifications.
• Develop preliminary duct sizing and routing layouts for integration into 3D models.
• Create and maintain project documentation including data sheets, equipment specifications, service requisitions, system descriptions, and any required studies or reports.
• Evaluate technical bids for HVAC equipment and services.
