I have 15 Years’ experience in Hospital Field as Procurement Officer       

Procured the Medical, Non-Medical, Bio Medical Equipment’s, General, Service’s, Contracts inside the U.A.E.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Sort out the requested material from market on credit terms along good quality.
2. Arrange 5 Quotations and negotiations with vendors for pre-approval process.
3. Procurement of Medical equipment’s, medical consumables, medical instruments, lab consumables, as per the received MRF after discussing the specifications and preparation of comparison sheet with Manager. 
4.  Create a Po after approval from higher management.
5. Arrange delivery from vendors 
6. Material receiving procedure along with store In charge for verifying purpose as per issued Purchase Order.
7. Completion of delivery from vendors against the issued Purchase, GRN.
8. POST GRN, Invoices submission, along authorized Purchase Order, to the finance team for payment process 
9. Keep record all documents after payment process for audit purpose.
