For the past 5.5 years I have been running my own freelance personal training business in Abu Dhabi. I’ve learnt many new skills that I am ready to put into a new role that is suitable for me. I personal train full time, run programs for new clients exercises routines and nutrition plans, run the overheads of the business, sponsor new recruits, mentor young adults, create events with Abu Dhabi sports council and generally help people in a healthy day to day life style.

I also am a freelance writer for a company in the UK helping engage people how to keep up with a healthy lifestyle. 

My ambition in life is to help people as much as I can and make a difference.

I started working 17 years ago, I started off in a basic admin job and then I went into the banking world. I started off in a cashier position, mortgage advisor, financial advisor, area manager, compliance officer and then into share breaking and dealing.

While I was in my Compliance position I then studied for my personal training qualification which I did part time. My contract ended at my last job and I took up personal training full time and opened my own freelance business. 
once I moved to the UAE full time and I then don’t got head hunted to wrote columns for “The mirror newspaper”. Due to covid my freelance position unfortunately stopped with them and since I've been writing blog
