• Review of project PQR and approved WPS.
• Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
• Monitoring & inspection of welding as per approved drawings, Specifications and WPS.
• Monitoring welding parameters.
• Monitor storage and handling of welding consumables.
• Fit-up inspection as per approved drawing
• Witness of welder qualification test for ASME SEC IX and AWS D1.1– Piping & Structural (Root weld, Final weld, NDT and Mechanical test).
• Witness of material receiving inspection for stainless steel, carbon steel and cement piping.
• Review of RT films.
• Monitoring RT repair rate and take required action for control repair rate.
• Daily inspection of welding consumable control for filler rod and electrodes according to the project procedures.
