About Shravan Sudhir:

I am a passionate individual who is skilled in yoga with a 200H TTC. Apart from this I have tremendous experience in bodyweight and weighted training which I've acquired over 5+ years. I've also trained in Olympic style weightlifting under a coach and have an idea about CrossFit training.
