Having achieved a Bachelor of Architecture degree, I have been working for 5 years, hands-on in this field. I am confident that my skills and experience are exactly what you are looking for.

Since graduation I have been employed with Tiger group working on a wide variety of several residential projects. In this position I have worked on projects from design stage through to successful completion.
I am proficient with Microsoft Office, Revit, Auto CAD and Photoshop. I also have strong technical knowledge of all Building Regulations.

I can match my ambitions for create ground-breaking and quality projects with the skills and knowledge to back them up. I have the design and practical flair to plan, manage and work directly on all stages of an architectural project. On top of this I have excellent teamwork and communication skills.

•      Create 3D BIM project models.

•      Develop various drawings from start to complete, ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design. 

•      Prepare all required drawings and documents needed for each project and share it with authorities Approvals process tracking, from project start to building permit.

•      Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations.

•      Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.

•      Check the current regulations for each area in Dubai affecting the projects and make sure the design is in compliance with authorities’ regulations. 

•      Create computer models of proposed designs in 3D virtual environments to help visualize designs.
