As a Senior Professional in Human Resources , I bring extensive experience in HR management and consultancy services to the table. Throughout my career, I have held roles as both a project manager and HR head, working in various organizations and projects. I pride myself on my strong track record of conducting assessments of HR-related needs, developing and implementing HR strategies, providing guidance on HR best practices, and supporting HR initiatives. I am also dedicated to staying current with HR trends and sharing my knowledge with clients.

In my past roles, I have a wealth of corporate experience, having managed a capacity building project for the government sector, developed and implemented a performance appraisal system, improved personnel management, and managed administrative functions for two offices. Additionally, I have implemented payroll on the company's ERP, developed and managed a consistent onboarding and e-orientation program, revised and implemented a company's internal By-Law, and acted as a strategic partner to all business units.

I have also achieved notable results, such as successfully organizing management retreats, establishing an internal training facility, revamping the organizational structure, restructuring the recruitment function, creating team-building activities and employee engagement programs, and developing internship programs for undergraduate students. As a balanced scorecard champion, I have effectively aligned employees' objectives with the company's objectives through a comprehensive appraisal program.

I hold a BSc in Agricultural Sciences, which has provided me with a strong scientific background that has positively contributed to my competency in working in HR. This background has given me a unique perspective and a growth mindset that I bring to my work in the field. Additionally, I have completed NLP and Coactive Coaching courses, which demonstrate my skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, and leadership. I also hold a Digital HR Certificate and an HRM Diploma, reflecting my dedication to the field of Human Resources Management. These certifications and courses have equipped me with a thorough understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as an appreciation for the latest technology and trends in the industry. Additionally, I have also obtained a Diploma in Psychology, which has enhanced my understanding of human behavior and its implications in the workplace. All of these experiences and education demonstrate my strong commitment to HR and my ability to provide effective solutions to complex HR challenges.
