Client –MOL /Presson Descon International (PDIL) 
Our Role – Contractor 
Scope of Work –The Project scope consists of Piping & Structure Fabrication and Erection of Piping & installation of Equipment’s.
Major Job Responsibilities:
• Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Company. 
• On-site co-ordination issue of drawings / clarifications. 
• Organize approval to contractor’s shop and field drawings. 
• Refinement of works breakdown structure (WBS). 
• Monitoring the progress of work with the master construction schedule. 
• Prior flagging of anticipated bottlenecks and analysis of its reasons. 
• Day to day correspondence including contractual issues. 
• Change order management for design changes and extra items.  
• Quality assurance and control to ensure conformance to approved drawings and project specifications. 
• Establish EHS plan (Environment, Health & Safety) 
• Organize progress review meetings on weekly/by weekly basis. 
• Collect, review and maintain all the records of Contractors daily progress reports. 
• Review progress issues, review status of specific areas and ensure common understanding of project progress. 
• Review risks, issues and key topics every week with contractor through weekly review meetings. 
• Progress communication and running catch up plans for delays. 
• Milestone linking to individual package delivery timelines, set points briefing and acceptance. 
• Advice about probable date of substantial Completion. 
• Preparing & addressing the schedule of defects / punch lists. 
• Provide assistance in Testing & Commissioning of the facility. 
• Collection and integration of various Operation & Maintenance manuals, commissioning & test certificates. 
• Preparation of project close out report.
