Experience

  •  Currently I'm working in "Yas Mall" With Emaar Retail Abu Dhabi UAE 🇦🇪 
  •  Responsible for the day to day smooth operations of MEP/ General systems and facilities.
  •  Responsible for corrective & preventive maintenance of MEP / General work & installations.
  •  Make regular property inspections & use checklist for monitoring status.
  •  Assign corrective maintenance work for technicians 
  •  Coordinate with subcontractors for obtaining proper services. 
  •  Coordinate with Guest" representatives.
  •  Receive the materials, check the quality of materials delivered ad their proper storage & distribution.
  •  Prepare daily reports & customer service report.
