I am a dedicated and skilled doctor with more than two years of experience in Internal Medicine (emergency care and in-patient care) and Primary Health Care. I am highly motivated and trained in providing comprehensive and excellent care to patients, and I have experience in a variety of healthcare settings and with many different patient age ranges. I covered duties in the emergency department (Internal Medicine). I was responsible for providing immediate care to patients presenting with various medical conditions.

 

My responsibilities include taking history, performing a clinical examination, and implementing & evaluating treatment for patients according to recent guidelines under the supervision of consultants. This includes emergency conditions such as shock, convulsion, acute asthma attacks, acute coronary syndromes, acute decompensated heart failure, poisoning, and drug intoxication. Chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and thyroid diseases. Infectious diseases like upper respiratory tract infections, diarrheal illnesses, urinary tract infections, meningitis, encephalitis, and malaria.

I was responsible for providing appropriate therapeutic measures for medical conditions presented to the health center. I was also responsible for providing health education to the patients and their families about hygiene, healthy lifestyles, and family planning.
