Joined as a Co-Ordinator of Transport and Facility, responsible of Staff-Accommodation and Transport facilities provided to the Hotels Associates.


Taking care of 6-Cleaners for common areas, 5-Technicians for Maintenance purpose, 4-Housing Attendant, 2 Team Leaders, 2-Buggy Drivers, and 3-Transport Drivers.


Responsible for complete on-boarding process, initiate with allocation for the new-hires (local & international).


Complete responsible in moving or accommodating local & international-hires into the Accommodation after their PCR- Test.


Responsible in room change and movement within the Accommodation property of JATR – like allocating the Room/Apt for the promoted Associates based on their entitlement.


Arranging Transportation for International-Hires & Leavers and completing the exist formalities for Airport pick-up and drop.


Preparing the Bus-schedule for the Pick-up time and Drop time from the JATR and Discovery Garden Accommodation to the JA Resorts & Hotels-Business Properties (JA PTC; JA LVH; JA OBT-JBR; and JA OVH-JBR).


Monitoring the Transportation movement and SALIK, coordinating with the drivers, if Associates has some query during the travel time.


Co-ordination with the Team-leader, Housing Attendants and Technicians to prepare the room/Apt for the new-joiners with ‘0’ Maintenance in the room.


Responds to the mails send/receive by the departments individual and sending weekly and monthly reports to the H.R Manager and The Director.


Preparing the Proposal request in Presentation and sending via mail to H.R Manager & Director for the approval.


Organizing Sports Activities or Events every month for Associate’s Well Being – like Volleyball Sport Activity, CRICKET Tournament, Basketball Match, Football Game, Indoor Games like Billiards & Pool, Chess, Staff Party, Annual Party, Best Performer Party, etc. 


Complete responsible for maintenance in both the properties of JATR and DG Accommodation.


Raise Purchase Request, for the daily, weekly, and monthly to the necessity items like Cleaning Materials, Engineering Materials for Maintenance purposes and Welcome pack and Healthy pack for the Company Associates.


Handle cash flow for the general expenses in the Accommodation. Preparing the Expense claim and submitting in the Accounts Department.


Handle Transportation issue and book Transport for Medical like Occupational Health Card, Visa Medical and Biometric., Also arrange Bus-Trip for the Associates based on department request via mail.


Conducting Daily Briefing with Cleaning Team, Engineering Team and Accommodation Team in 2-Session Forenoon and Afternoon, to share the information receive from the Management and discuss about any issues/query in the operation.


Providing Training for new joiners in the Department to make them to aware the operation exhibits in the department.

Taking Care of Staff-Cafeteria in checking the quality of the food serve in the Cafeteria and Setting-Up the cafeteria during every occasion and festival held in the company.


Responsible for House-Visit, PPM, and Pest-Control in both the property on monthly and Quarterly basis.


Responsible, for cost control on expense made in the Accommodation., purchasing the reasonable item by comparing the price in the market, Minimizing the expense of cash flow – by buying only the most important items in the accommodation.

Passed out Higher Secondary from The School Madrasa-I-Azam – Chennai, India March 2002.


Diploma in Computer Office Management from Institute of Management & Technology – Chennai-India. Dec 2005.


Diploma in Advance Airline, Travel Agency & CRS Program from Institute of Airlines & Travel Agencies. Feb 2007.
