• Daily briefing withprevious day KPI and new process update, training fresher’s and recallof all process guidelines (QC, Picking, RTV, TXW).
• Weekly performance meeting with RCA headed by senior manager.
• Monitoring staffand shift execution, performance, absences, peoplemanagement issues.
• Administration and liaisewith HR relatingto issues liketimesheet, leaves, overtimes, policies, and Procedures.
