I worked as a Project Manager in High Speed IT Network Services LLC in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I managed projects from scratch, developing it throughout the project lifecycle by building and managing teams having different skillset to finish deliverables on time & under budget. My key skills are in coordination, communication, negotiating, team building, team management, leadership, delegation, scheduling and planning, resource management, costing, earned value management, change management, data analysis reporting, risk analysis and mitigation. I handled projects in the field of ELV Security systems, Networking Information & Communication Technologies, Data and Voice solutions.

I worked as a Project Coordinator in DG WORLD FZ LLC- DIGI ROBOTICS, Dubai, UAE in various projects. Here I coordinated with different departments of Software programming, Electronics, Mechanical Design, Electrical, Robotics and AI, Automation and internal Production / Manufacturing units. I coordinated with Project Manager and other cross-functional departments to prepare project baseline, collected updates from department leads, procurement team, monitored the tasks progress in Production unit. Conducted meeting with team leads, Project Manager, Clients and Management. Collected data and analyzed it, prepared and submitted reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis. I worked with projects in the field of Robotics and AI solutions, Industrial robotics, fit-out projects, automated robotic restaurants, unmanned surface vehicles; Autonomous driverless trucks for ports, autonomous self-driving cars and customized automated technical solution projects.

I worked as a Project Controller in GHD Group Pty Ltd in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I had worked in the role of Project Planner and Project Controller in various projects as per the project requirements. Coordinated between cross-functional departments, stakeholders to prepare project baseline using Primavera P6 and MS Project. Collected progress and updated project plan, checked for cost variance, schedule variance, EAC, ETC, CPI, SPI using Earned Value Management. Conducted Cost control meetings with Project Manager, Program Manager and Resident Manager on weekly basis. Collected project data, analyzed using Power BI, prepared weekly and monthly reports for Management and Clients. I got involved in projects in the field of Design & Construction Supervision of Buildings and Properties, Public Realm, Water, Energy & Power, Environment, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Ports, ELV Security.

I did my Masters in Mechatronics from the University of Siegen, Germany. I did an internship and Master Thesis project in Linde Engineering, Munich, Germany. I have also completed my Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
