PAUL KWESI ODOOM

I am a highly motivated and progress-focused safety officer with a long standing background in managing large number of workforce.  I am a capable and consistent problem solver, skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with efficiency. With a track record of initiative and dependability, I have device strategic initiatives which I believe will prove valuable to security solution for the Expo 2020 event.    

Throughout the course of my career, I have perfected my emergency management,  documentation, and reporting abilities.  In my previous role, I contributed leadership, decision-making, and public safety towards team effort and business development. I am progressive minded and in tune with the new development in my field. I have always prove to be effective and collaborative with strong delegation talent.   

I completed my tertiary education in July, 2007 from the Takoradi Technical University in Ghana with a Second Class Upper honor in Civil Engineering. After my University education, I have undertook several professional courses which includes: NEBOSH IGC in Occupational Health and Safety, OHSAS 18001 lead auditor, ISO14001, IOSH managing safely, IASP advance Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.

I have also undertook some UAE professional accreditation courses including: DSOA Safety accreditation course, DEWA professional competency course, Trakhess Safety Accreditation Scheme (SARS), Abu Dhabi Safety practitioners Course (OSHAD) etc.
