With over a decade of teaching experience spanning both the UK and Dubai, I bring a wealth of expertise to the field of education. My two years in the UK provided me with a solid foundation in the English curriculum, while my nine years in a semi-government private school in Dubai honed my skills in managing diverse classrooms and fostering student engagement. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a keen ability to develop innovative curricula tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners, effectively manage large teams, and spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing student involvement and achievement. As a caring and dynamic professional, I am committed to guiding and supporting school communities towards excellence in international education, fostering performance improvement, and promoting active student engagement in the secondary sector.
