I have 6.6 years of experience in Accounts (MNC companies for legal and government projects). I do process invoices and credit notes daily for global countries, which include both PO and Non-PO invoices.

• Perform two ways and three ways matching of invoices with PO lines.
• Process DIDC invoices, Labor invoices, Tele communication and Lease invoices with compliance to all company policies/procedures.
• Process of employee expense report.
• Addressing on help desk queries and resolutions following request within agreed Service level agreement.
• Working with requestor to resolve invoice payment discrepancies.
• Review on reversal and DCV report.
• Vendor Master.
• Vendor statement reconciliations.
• Reports: Daily report -   Non-Discrepancy, Pending receiving queue, Buyer queue, Payment line check and Org ID check 

                                          report.

                Weekly report -   Purchase order discrepancy report and VAT invoices receiving report.

                Monthly report - FX Variance report.

• Support month end accrual file. 
• Knowledge Sharing.
• Handle Urgent requests which include Faster BACS, CHAPS payment and Normal BACS payment. 
• Handle Escalation mailbox, Zendesk mailbox.
• Process manual electronic payment requests received on urgent basis.

• Master of Business Administration: Finance with 74.64% (Regular)
