I'm a post graduate retail optometrist with DHA license, working from last 15 years in various retail organization where apart from my clinical optometry job I also handle store where i am responsible to meet daily store check list, inventory management, merchandising, plan to achieve sales target as well as fitting target. Analysis the ATV and UPT, footfall conversion, maintain the loss of sale tracker so that train the sales staff where improvement is needed which helps to build a skilled professional team so that we as a team can serve our customers in better way.
Currently working in Rivoli group, Dubai, UAE as an optometrist.
