I am a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of total industry experience, including more than 7 years focused on Information Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and user access provisioning. My career has been dedicated to building, maintaining, and supporting secure access frameworks across complex enterprise and healthcare IT environments, where accuracy, compliance, and reliability are critical.

I have worked with global organizations such as IBM/Kyndryl and Dell Perot Systems, gaining extensive hands-on experience with technologies including Active Directory, Novell eDirectory, Citrix, and multiple customized healthcare applications such as Meditech and Cerner. In these roles, I contributed to enterprise-scale IAM implementations, managed access across diverse platforms and domains, and ensured adherence to strict security and compliance standards.

Beyond technical expertise, I bring strong operational leadership and process-driven execution. I have served as an account lead overseeing request and incident management queues, ensuring consistent SLA compliance, managing escalations, and providing regular status reporting to management. I have also developed and maintained Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducted quality audits, mentored team members, and supported continuous process improvement initiatives. I am formally trained in ITIL frameworks and HIPAA compliance and am proficient with industry-standard ticketing and service management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and Maximo/MaxIT. I have over 20 years of professional IT experience, beginning with approximately 3.5 years in technical support, where I provided end-user and application support for large-scale processes such as AT&T Yahoo and Microsoft Windows XP. This early experience built a strong foundation in troubleshooting, customer support, and clear technical communication.

Following this, I spent 7 years specializing in Information Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and user access provisioning, supporting secure access operations across enterprise and healthcare environments. I have worked extensively with technologies such as Active Directory, Novell eDirectory, Citrix, and customized healthcare applications including Meditech and Cerner.

My experience includes enterprise-level IAM implementations, security administration, request and incident management, SLA compliance, SOP development, quality audits, escalation management, and account lead responsibilities. I am trained in ITIL frameworks and HIPAA compliance and have hands-on experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and Maximo/MaxIT. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for operational excellence, reliability, and consistent performance.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English (Honours) from the University of Delhi, which strengthened my communication skills, critical reading, and precise interpretation of complex written information. I also earned a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana, where I built a strong foundation in computer science, programming, systems, and information technology.

In addition to my formal education, I have undertaken continuing education in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, which has enhanced my understanding of data analysis, machine learning concepts, and AI-driven systems. This education supports my long-term career growth by enabling me to work more effectively with data-centric technologies and adapt to evolving roles in analytics, automation, and AI-focused environments.
