I have 11 years of experience in software testing in Bangalore (India).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interacted with clients for project management, the Development Team, Business Analysts, UAT requirements, and project stakeholders.
• Meet with the testing team and business analysts to initiate test planning activities.
• Attend grooming meetings and sprint review/demo meetings to show QA completed activities.
• Participating in the Kick-off meeting for new user stories/features for the next sprint releases with the offshore team
• Participating in Requirement Clarification Meetings with the Onshore team
• Requirement Analysis, preparing test scenarios, test cases, review process, and exporting test cases to ALM
• Testing the application features/user stories on different test environments (QA, UAT, PRE-Prod, and Production)
• User story demo presentation with clients/stakeholders before moving to UAT.
• Involved in UAT coordination with clients.
• Participating in Standup Meetings and Daily Status Report Meetings with the onshore team
• Performed various black box testing Methodologies, Like functional testing, Smoke Testing, Compatibility Testing, Regression testing, and Sanity Testing
• Performing testing of Web and Mobile applications in the cloud environment
• Defect Reporting. Closing, Tracking in ALM and JIRA
• Generated  Test Plan, Weekly Status, Test Summary reports, and Test Defect reports
• Extensively performed the Manual Testing process to ensure the quality of the projects
• Presentation and training on project modules and testing tools to new members.
• Helping new joiners, KT Process, and mentoring the team
• Support for Production releases and sign-off on the project
