Over all Key Result Areas: 

 MIS 

• Prepare and provide the routine and ad hoc management reports related to suppliers.
• Perform variance analysis of actuals vs. budget to ensure KPI delivery
• Analyze monthly reporting related to operational performance, variances and metrics in order to forecast the budgetary exceptions during the operating year
• Supports budget and forecasting activities
• Production and dispatch planning with respective heads (Rolling Forecast)
• Maintain optimum level of inventory to ensure that funds are not blocked.
• Reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.
•  Business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Accounts Payable & Commercial 

• Managing the Procure to Pay function.
• Verify, allocate and post invoices relating to three-way match, including manufacturing, services, logistics, rents, consumables, utility etc. Ensure accuracy & completeness of accounting data in ERP
• Ensure that purchase returns/expired/damaged items are appropriately recorded and accounted for
• Executing payments to various suppliers as per approved PO’s & approval matrix in the company
• Calculate the Suppliers Rebates/Commissions in line with the Suppliers Agreements and record/account for in the books of accounts in the right period.
• Ensure that suppliers Statements of Accounts are received and reconciled on a timely basis.
• Reconciliation of inter-company account (financial figures and quantities)
• Preparing BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement) to ensure the banking transaction recorded timely.
• Bank Guarantee, follow up and closure of expired Guarantees
• Liaise tax authorities on assessments, notices attended service tax refund hearing as and when notice received from commoner office etc.
• Review GL Accounts on daily basis and record all necessary transactions when needed
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and reconciliation as well.

Accounts Receivables

• Updating the FG pricing in SAP/ERP and ensure the sales invoices are generated accordingly.
• Ensure sales reconciliation and ensure completeness of sales recording.
• Ensure that sales returns are recorded and accounted for in line with Statutory compliances
• Responsible for all Account receivable transactions and collections on time.
• Keeping track of all end to end revenue process including SO’s, invoices, statements and reconciliations
• Monitor aged receivables and customer advances & communicate discrepancies to the management
• Review and verify that Customer Master has been accurately maintained in the system in line with the terms & conditions agreed with customers.
• Maintain complete record of Debtors and Creditors follow up with all concerned to get all payments received / payments made as per balances of various parties.
• Ensure proper & accurate capturing of taxes like TDS, TCS , GST & other statutory details.
