    Description
    BG Global HR is activelyrecruiting for a Quality Manager for a leading packagingmanufacturing company in Dubai UAE. The company specializing inperfume pumps and aerosol valve packaging solutions is poised forglobal expansion. The successful candidate will oversee and manageall aspects of quality control and assurance within ourmanufacturing operations.

    The Quality Manager will also beresponsible for developing implementing and maintaining qualitysystems and processes to ensure that our products meet or exceedcustomer expectations and regulatoryrequirements.

    Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures toensure product conformance and consistency.
    Conduct regular audits andinspections to identify quality issues root causes andopportunities for improvement.
    Lead investigations and corrective actions for nonconformancescustomer complaints and qualityincidents.
    Collaborate withprocurement and supplier management teams to establish and maintainsupplier quality standards and performance metrics.
    Conduct supplier audits andevaluations to ensure adherence to quality requirements andspecifications.
    Develop implementand maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) toensure compliance with industry standards customer requirements andregulatory guidelines.
    Establishquality objectives metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) tomonitor and improve the effectiveness of theQMS.
    Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance product quality operational efficiency andcustomer satisfaction.

    Utilizequality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma LeanManufacturing and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify andeliminate defects and processvariations.

    Stay current withindustry regulations standards and best practices related toquality management and packaging manufacturing.
    Ensure compliance with relevantregulatory requirements such as ISO FDA and customerspecificstandards.

    Requirements

    Bachelor s degree in Engineering Quality Management or a relatedfield. Advanced degree preferred.
    Minimum of 5 years of experiencein quality management within a manufacturing environment preferablyin the packaging industry.
    Strongknowledge of quality management systems methodologies andtools.
    Experience with ISO 9001certification and other relevant qualitystandards.
    Proven track record ofdriving continuous improvement and achieving measurableresults.
    Excellent communicationleadership and problemsolvingskills.
    Certification as aQuality Engineer (CQE) Six Sigma Black Belt or similar credentialsaredesirable.
