• Conducting:
  • Internal Audit in every six months & preparing the Internal Audit Report.
  • Preparing Project Quality Plan as per Project requirement
  • Developing Prepare the Method Statement & ITP for all activity of work.
  • Concrete trial mix at concrete plant with consultant
  • Review of pre-qualification documents, material submittal, technical submittal and shop drawings.
  • Factory visit / third party test withconsultant
  • Witnessing Third Party Test for the Structural Steel & Concrete
  • Quality induction at site for all construction activity
  • Concrete trial mix at concrete plant with consultant
  • Review of supplier’s inspection and test plans againstthe milestone scopeof work

Deliverables:

• Reviewing all the Submittals Prior to Submission
• Submitting Structural Inspection in the DM Portal / Authority to theConsultant.
• Conducting all the Authority Inspection from startingof the project up to the Completion Certificate.
• Monitoring quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and safety and health risk assessments. 
• Preparing surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non conformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
• Liaising with:
  • Consultant for authority inspection
  • Sub-contractor & conduct material inspection with consultant
  • Quality inspectors, all the site sub-contractors and vendors to coordinate all non-destructive testing on site
  • Subcontractor for handing  over documents & submit to Consultant for taking over certificate
• Attending Client Progress Meeting & Internal Meeting by weekly.
• Controlling all nonconformance reports and taking remedial actions
• Issuing non-conformance to Site Team /Subcontractor
• Verifying quality of concrete with Slump, Temperature as per Concrete MixDesign
• Inspecting the construction of temporary/permanent works to ensurecompliance with the requirements & drawings
• Maintaining all records like Block Register, Cube Register, ConcretePlacement Record and Method of Statement
• Managing snag & de-snag work with consultant

Degree in Civil Engineering
