My name is Ms. Ramina Parameswaran. 

• I have completed my Doctorate in Computer Science with MPhil and Masters in computer science from the Reputed University in India.
• I have more than 12 years of teaching experience at different academic level students. Actively participating in conferences as resource person at various Universities.
• I have Published five journals in reputed international publications.
• I am being a competent and active person, can efficiently handle responsibilities assigned to me including maintaining discipline, communication with teachers, dealing parents, handling meetings and the most effective thing is to maintain the reputation of the institution. With my interpersonal skills, confidence level presentation skills, I can meet and exceed the expectation levels set by the institution.

Educational Philosophy

        I consider teaching as one of the most enjoyable experiences in my career. I am very passionate about teaching because it fulfills my inner need to give back to my society what I have learned. It is the most effective way to master a certain topic. I believe that a successful teaching process must be student centered.

My teaching philosophy is guided by three core principles:

• Understanding that students learn better when they feel engaged—both with the instructor and their peers.
• Understanding that there is no “one size fits all” pedagogy, and that it is important that one keep.
• Growing pedagogically,
• Need to maintain an open channel of communication, to assure students that there is no

challenge that cannot be discussed and resolved through active, timely communication.

Goal as a Teacher

My Goal as a teacher is to raise attainment and progress level of the students. Improve students’ ability to take responsibility for their own learning by engaging them regularly in activities which require them to work collaboratively and independently.

Improve the quality of learning and teaching by providing consistently challenging activities that go beyond the expected curriculum standards.

Ensure the activities to develop students entrepreneurial and innovative skills are promoted in the curriculum areas. Ensuring to raise organizations overall performance by utilizing the available resources to support better learning outcomes.
