This role involved coordinating logistics, managing budgets, liaising with staff, parents, students, and external vendors, and ensuring all activities aligned with the school’s educational and community goals. My focus was on creating engaging, inclusive experiences that supported student development, strengthened family engagement, and fostered a vibrant school spirit.
