The Executive Center – Dubai (June 2018 to Present)

Operations Administrator

Operations:

  • Working hand in hand with the Operations manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the center.
  • Creating customer support strategy for a team of 4 to increase customer retention by 5%.
  • Collaborate with finance department on invoicing accuracy for applicable products and services, manage employee’s attendance to facilitate payroll.

Customer Service/Receptionist:

  • Building client relationships by responding to inquiries, identifying and assessing clients' needs, resolving problems, and following up with potential and existing customers.
