About Safaa ElZeftawy:
I present myself as (Multidisciplinary Educator) Arabic and Islamic Studies Teacher for native and non-native speakers, Advisor, Coordinator, HOD, Instructor, Curriculum Developer, Freelance Teachers' Trainer, Workshop Leader, Pedagogy Coach, Neurolanguage Coach, and Speaker.
Currently: (2019- Now), As a Neurolanguage Coach, I initiated in my current school (Parents' Arabic Language lessons) for Arabic non-native speakers, starting in October 2019 until now. It is a very successful program, that affected positively the students' and parents' attitudes toward learning the Arabic language and culture.
I have a B.A. in Literature and Education (Arabic, and Islamic Studies) and 3 postgraduate diplomas in Educational Psychology, Special Education, Methods of teaching, and Curricula. Also, a Scholarship to Exeter University (UK) to study an intensive program in Special Education. Master's Degree (M.A) in Contemporary Islamic Studies from (Institute for Islamic World Studies), Zayed University, 2011-2014 with the second honor and distinction. And, I am working on a Ph.D. in Education (Teaching and Learning).
This is besides That I have about 20 years of Teaching Experience in teaching Arabic and Islamic Studies to many levels of students from KG1 To university students ( Native and Non-Native Arabic Speakers), especially in (MYP/DP IB Schools), or (Y10-Y11 GCSE British schools). I prepared many Training courses for teachers of Arabic and Islamic Studies about Methods of Teaching and Special Education.
Also, I am a good researcher; I had many prizes for writing Educational Research and Critical Studies.
I had the first prize in Egypt from the Ministry of Culture (The National Authority for Cultural Foundations) in children's literature in 1997/1998. And the third prize in Egypt from (The National Academy for Technology and scientific research) on Simplifying Scientific Writing.
