I am currently working as Group Finance Director (CFO), 30 yrs experience in Dubai, out of which 23 years are with Dubai Investment PJSC's group. My expertise includes, Budgeting & Forecasting, IFRS complaint report, Audit 20 yrs experience with KPMG and 3 yrs with PWC, ERP and VAT implementation and Management, Trade Finance, cost management and control, Financial analysis and working capital management, Expert in Public Joint Stock Companies reporting procedures and all activities.

Experience

(1) Currently working as Group Finance Director  (CFO) in a large Group of Companies in Dubai (from Nov 2020 onwards (2) Finance Manager in Dubai Investment PJSC group from Jan 1998 to Oct 2020 (3) Financial Analyst in Fujairah National Construction Company (FNC) from Aug 1993 to Dec 1997 (4) Audit Executive in Nambiar and Thomas Chartered Accountant (Apr 1991 to Jul 1993).

 

Education

(a) Certified Management Accountant (CMA), (b) Master in Commerce (M.Com), (c) Research Analyst from National Institute of Securities Market (NISM), India, (d) Certified in Financial Management from London International Studies and Research (e) Certified in Business Administration and Management.
