FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER AT ALSEEF HOTEL – SHARJAH, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, SINCE 2021.
- Overseeing all operations of the hotel's Food & Beverage departments, such as banquets, the multi-cuisine restaurant, the Coffee Shop, and in-room dining.
- Reports financial information to the General Manager, including up-to-date budgets and revenue growth based on short-term and long-term operational and financial plans for the food and beverage department.
- Attends all operations meetings, such as pre-conference meetings, weekly meetings, departmental meetings, and designated meetings.
- Energetic and resilient when investigating and resolving customer problems effectively and efficiently. Excels in providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensures a smooth flow of operations during peak times by optimizing staff schedules and workflow management techniques.
- Monitor customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the specified time limits, and follow up on the entire resolution process. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

- Conduct assessments based on staff performance and recommended training on GHP and HACCP. Hold quarterly business reviews with management to evaluate the hotel’s sales and development performance. As a key member of the management team, handle portfolios in the absence of other department HODs. Take on various roles to support management as needed.
Education
QUALIFICATIONS:
BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION – HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT FROM SWISS SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT, DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
BACHELOR OF ECONOMICS – ATTENDED AND EARNED COURSE CREDITS, FROM LOYOLA COLLEGE, CHENNAI, INDIA.
CERTIFICATE COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
CERTIFICATE COURSE IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT.
CERTIFICATE COURSE IN AIR TRAVELLING AND TICKETING.
COMPUTER LITERACY: PROFICIENT IN MS WORD, POWER POINT, OUTLOOK, EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE & MS EXCEL.
LICENSE:
VALID LIGHT MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE, ISSUED BY THE RTA, SHARJAH, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
