• Preparing annual budget in all financial dimensions including OPEX, CAPEX, and Non-Routine with future outlook.
• Preparing operational spares, repairable spares, capital spares, special tools and equipment.
•  Preparing technical scope of services and specifications for Overhaul/inspection support service tenders/future contracts.
• Subsequently perform technical reviews of tender documents/bids to ensure valid and quality contracts are available without affecting major machines operability.
• Directing technicians, initiate recovery plans /revised Gantt charts to complete all planned inspections as per assigned schedule.
• Performing root cause analysis activities by evaluating operation data, detect evidences, events sequence and troubleshoot running machinery problems to identify the required actions.
• Preparing technical reports and presentations with recommendation to obtain approval for modifications which will enhance major equipment safety, mechanical availability, integrity, operability and reliability.
• Review machinery specifications, Technical Engineering documents, procedures, standards, guidelines, specifications and philosophies related to installed or new equipment in order to ensure the all such documents, manuals and drawings are up to date with latest field experience and international standards.
•  Responsible for the support of Company Safety, Environment and Quality policies and programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities related to his job as spelled out in Management system documentation, policies, procedures, local documentation, Management system manual, Safety manual and other related documents.
• Performing all inspections in accordance to recognized international standards and in compliance with Company’s safety procedures and regulations. Failure to comply with approved standards, codes and practices could result in substantial capital losses and failure of major rotating equipment and plant.
• Shall keep good custody of plant Equipment through specialized expertise, experience and decision making to support plant operation.
• Managing minimum and maximum material identification, VED analysis, initiation of purchase requisitions in SAP or Maximo, identification of vendors, material inspection; clearing the payments to the vendor through SAP and Maximo
• Following work schedules in SAP and Maximo, generating work orders and creating reports in SAP and Maximo
• Steering HAZOP study, risk assessment; preparing JSA for hot work and critical activities, steering preparation of SMPs
• Performing hydro testing of pressure vessels, planning and completion of PM’s (ensuring equipment availability >95%), pressure safety valves CFTs, lifting tools and tackles inspection with third party.
• Maintaining equipment maintenance history; conducting toolbox meetings, drafting standard maintenance procedures, analysing critical task and ensuring job safety analysis, and Hazop studies
• Undertaking monthly safety audits in plant to identify substandard and unsafe conditions
• Participating in Emergency Response Team roster (acting as Emergency Fire Team member)
• Providing engineering solutions and implementation of the same to avoid problems / prevent recurrences
• Suggesting improvements and performing modifications jobs (design alterations) to increase reliability of equipment

• [2008-2009]: Multiphase Pumps (MPP) Installation and Commissioning. 2 Bornean Multiphase pumps Installed and commissioned in 2009 in Ravva Onshore Terminal, Cairn Energy India Ltd. Along with Bornemann Manufacturer.
•  [2009-2010]: Project Execution and Commissioning of Produced Water Reinjection System of 90000 bbls/day of Capacity in Ravva Onshore Terminal, Cairn Energy India Ltd. Along with Siemens Contractor.
• [2010-2011]: Project Execution and Commissioning of Associated Gas Compressor (Arial Gas Compressor) in Ravva Onshore Terminal, Cairn Energy India Ltd. along Herbier Contractor. 
• 2015-2016: Project Execution and Commissioning of new Gas Compressor installation in ADNOC Onshore terminal, Bu Hasa
• 2020-2022: BPGIC Phase-2 tank farm project assistance and commissioning.
