About seema Deshmukh:

I am Seema I have 14 years of experience in education in various leadership roles including whole school activity coordinator, Head of Department etc. I am working in UAE for almost 4 years leading the science department and have a great idea of functioning of international schools, students understanding and challenges especially when English is their second language.

I have successfully formed and implemented policies to uplift the phase in my subject area. I can prove to be an asset to your organization as my academic and administrative experience, problem solving ability, positive leadership, conflict resolution, data analysis and planning and execution makes me best fit to be hired.

Planning and administering policies, and procedures while supervising administrative, operational, and educational personnel as the Head of the Science Department.
