• Having experience in the quality construction of Structural steel, Metal cladding works, Road works, slab on grade and other structural concrete finishing works for the ware house projects, malls, villas and Road Infrastructure works. 
• Having Experience in preparation of Quality system manual and Project Quality plan as per the ISO 9001- 2015 and Conducting Internal audits and reporting as per the ISO 9001 – 2015. 
• Arranging and attending the external audits and surveillance audits during the certification by third party.
• Having Experience in final handing over / obtaining Building completion certificate of the project to the Authority (DM, Trakhees, DDA, DCD and Dubai South), Consultant, Client Facility team that includes the preparation of Project Close out Documents (As Built Drawings, O & M Manuals, Testing and Commissioning records, Project Close out Reports) as per the Project Specification, Authority and Client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients/consultants and highlighting any concerns during the weekly / monthly site meeting.
• Monitoring and managing a team of Quality department staffs, conducting internal audits for the projects quality management system and report to the management.
• Experience in preparation of Risk assessment based on project that includes the identification of Risk and Opportunities using Risk register, Risk analysis and evaluation of risk.
• Coordinate with the site and safety team to ensure the Project Safety and Quality standards are maintained.
• Verifying Project specifications and preparation of Method Statements, ITPs, Quality Control Procedures and Check lists for the inspections according to the international standards.
• Review of shop drawings, erection drawings based on the design / IFC drawings.
• Verify / review the material approvals and carry out Material inspections to ensure the Quality of materials as per the project specifications and standards
• Carry out Mockup inspections in the site to ensure the work carried as per the design, drawings and contract requirements.
• Investigates/anticipates work problems and takes/recommends suitable action to correct deficiencies through NCRs and Field Memos 
• Prepare training materials, lesson learned and provide training for the team for the specific works.
• Attend inspections with the client, Consultant and Municipality Authorities.
