  • My PhD thesis work perspective is on Integrating Next generation sequence analysis with Data mining techniques to identify the probable therapeutics candidates for the treatment of micro and macro vascular complications in Diabetes. In order to analyze the human genome I am incorporating data mining and text mining in my NGS data to solve the strangled problems in Diabetes.
  • Worked as a Research Assistant in Bioinformatics, Department of Biology, UAE University. My research was about creating a pipeline of multiple targets against multiple natural molecules for treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Type II. 
  • Worked as an Assistant professor in Dr G R Damodaran College of Science, Coimbatore in Department of Bioinformatics from July 2009 – July 2012.

   Responsibilities

  • Handling classes for Post Graduation Students of Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology
  • Worked as the Department Controller of Examination 
  • Was a Student Counselor
  • Have excellent organizing skills and Expert in communication
