I am a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and have more than 20 years of experience in the field of facilities management, project transition, project execution and consultancy services. I was fortunate to work in all sides of mixed development projects; contractor, consultant and client with versatile experience right from conceptual design stage, design review, tendering, execution, supervision, project transition, project acquisition and facilities management.

My experiences in the facilities management cover all types of buildings such as commercial & residential high-rise towers, presidential palaces, villas, banks, educational institutions, shopping malls, private buildings, Government buildings and Hotels.

My area of expertise includes FM strategic planning, writing SOPs, establishing FM services, FM Contracts, P & L responsibility, budgeting, implement cost saving strategies, conditional assessment, DLP management, strategic planning to bring organizational change for the overall improvement in operations with revenue growth, Key account management with professional ethics, Extensive Client and Customer relationship management. My interpersonal skills encompass excellent oral and written communication, conflict management and resolution skills. I am a self-motivated and target oriented team player with analytical skills for finding solutions. I have extensive knowledge of standard operating procedures, method statements, risk assessments, QHSE standards, building-electrical and mechanical regulations.
