3. Procuring necessary spares in advance of all the Machineries in order to minimize the Break-downs.
4. Organizing safe working procedures & conducting training sessions to the technicians to increase their ability.
5. Supervising Overhaul of Engines & Hydraulic machinery. 
6. Looking after periodical maintenance schedule of Assets and prevention of 

Breakdowns of Equipment ie. Repair and Maintenance of Mixer m/c, Transit Mixers,    Tandem Rollers, Soil Compactors, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Motor Graders, Sensor Pavers 25 & 45 tons Mobile cranes, Concrete Pumps, Fixed cranes, Pneumatic Tire Rollers, Tam rocks, Boomers and Short Crete machines etc…

1. Management & low cost maintenance of Equipment.
2. Maintenance of log summary of Assets and processing Cost of Plant& Machinery.
3. Supervising Erections and Dismantles of Tower Cranes, Concrete Batching Plants  & Crushers. (250 TPH) 

1. Plan & perform Rigging activities & supervising rigging with International  HSQE  Safety standards. Conducting meetings & training the team members for practicing safe working &e rigging procedure by avoiding accidents & hazards.
