• Responsible to identify & drive Continuous improvement projects across Procure to Pay service line / vertical

• Identify and drive Process automation projects thru RPA / QPA to boost operational efficiency

• Revitalise LSS (Lean Six Sigma) culture by embedding LSS skills in Operations

• Ensure Operations consistently meet Key performance metrics on an agreed interval

• To work closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process monetizable opportunities, process bottlenecks to drive stabilisation and march towards Process Excellence

• Responsible for identifying business problems areas and aligning themselves to the pain areas through GB/BB/other projects
