ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle general administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and office organization. Support senior management with ad-hoc administrative duties Preparing report for new/old building Rented units updated list in Excel as a Weekly
- Manage summary report paperwork and assist property managers with tasks such as rent collection and lease agreement administration.
- Managing multiple contracts, negotiation, dealing with multiple Nationality clients, building client-supplier partnerships, and performance management.
- Oversee property listings, coordinate appointments, process transactions, and maintain office records.
- Handle day-to-day operations, including schedule management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Facilitate new utility connections and disconnections with the DEWA department for incoming and outgoing tenants.
- Manage RERA contracts for new tenants and maintain records for old tenant and calculating rent for all tenants as per RERA rules and regulations
- Handle LEGAL cases involving returned cheques, including communication with tenants for settlement of the amount and associated legal fees
- Coordinate the settlement process for security deposit refund, including collection and reimbursement to tenants after deducting maintenance charges upon vacating the premises as per company policy.
- Manage sales documentation, including collecting necessary tenant details and family documents to prepare tenancy contracts, collecting rental cheques etc.
Oversee the maintenance complaints for the premise and coordinating with technician’s team to complete the work and ensure tenants receive keys promptly.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
- BSC – (Bachelor in Computer Science - 83%) June 2006 – 2009
- Little Flower Girls High School in Nagamalai Pudukkottai, Madurai
