1. Long Term Agreement  (LTA) For Offshore Facilities CRPO For Four (4) SFNY SlipOver Platforms with associated Pipelines and Cables   (2019 - 2020 )

Client:    SAUDI ARAMCO (SAUDI ARABIAN OIL COMPANY)

The Saudi Arabian Oil Company awarded CRPO for demolition of an existing four (4) Production Platforms (Jackets & Topsides) at Safaniyah offshore field, as well as carrying out Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Transportation, Installation, Hookup and Pre-commissioning in Safaniyah field of 4 Slipover Jackets of the 4 Pile Standardized Electrified Design (SSS). These platform jackets will have nine (9) conductor slots, with boat landings along with Risers and J-tubes (for ICCP, Power & Umbilical’s), and will have water depths ranging from 14.9m to 22.3m.

2. R-SERIES 5 WELL PLATFORMS & PIPELINE PROJECT (2018 to 2019 )

Client:    ONGC OIL & NATURAL GAS CORPORATION LIMITED - INDIA
The R-12 and R-Series 5 Platforms & Pipeline Project involves primarily works for installation of four (4 nos.) well head platforms, one (1 no.) well head cum riser platform, intra field submarine pipelines for intra field well fluid transportation and for evacuation to Heera. The handling/separation/pumping of well fluid shall be carried out on ONGC hired jack up mobile offshore processing unit (MOPU-by others), which shall be Bridge, connected to existing R-12A platform. The project scope also includes topside modifications on existing R-12A and HRA platforms.
3. Life  Extension of Well Platform Project-    03 –Client –ONGC (2017 to 2018 )

Client:    ONGC OIL & NATURAL GAS CORPORATION LIMITED - INDIA
Life Extension of Well Platforms (LEWP) Project (Tender-3) involves primarily works for Decommissioning, Removal and Replacement of existing Topside Decks (along with all facilities except Christmas tree) by New Decks at the following 10 unmanned Well Platforms connected to the five process complexes NQO, MNW, WIN, BHS and SHP in Mumbai High North (MHN) and Mumbai High South (MHS) Fields.
       

4. BASSEIN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Client:    Larsen & Toubro Limited (LTHE
Scope the project is mainly to:
1. Installation of 8-legged BCPA3 jacket (5800 te) using a launch barge LB-2 and DLS4200 including piles, boat landings, standalone barge bumpers, grouting, transition piece installation etc;
2. Installation of 4-legged BLQ3 living quarter platform including piles, boat landings, standalone barge bumpers, grouting, transition piece installation etc;
3. Installation of 4-legged BH wellhead platform including piles, conductors, boat landings, grouting, transition piece installation etc;
4. Installation of BH wellhead topside including conductor top add-on installation and installation of adjustable stair case; (stair case shall be hanging from the Cellar Deck hinge connected and it shall be lowered to jacket level after Deck Installation).
5. Installation of BCPA3 process platform topside which includes five (4) nos. decks / modules, two (2) nos. deck cranes, stacks.
6. Installation of BLQ3 living quarter topside (single lift) (3800te), deck crane.
7. Installation of two (2) nos. interconnecting bridges and integration with topsides.
Scope of work:
• Preparation of  studies for lifting and installation of BH ,BCPA-3 and BLQ-3 Structures                 (Jackets, Decks, Boat landing and bridges)   
•   Preparation of Launch arrangement drawing for BCPA-3 Jacket using Launch Barge -LB-2.  
•   Cargo barge layouts to facilitate safe and easy lifting offshore / inshore.
•   Selection of rigging gear based on lifting studies. 
• Conceptual Design of Installation Aids, Bumpers and Guides. 
•  Clash checks, tilt studies during lifting and installation.

5. UPPER ZAKUM 750K PROJECT Nº. P7511SUB-SEA PIPELINES, CABLES,  OFFSHORE STRUCTURES & BROWN FIELD (EPC-1) (October 2013 to present)

Client:    Zakum Development Company  (ZADCO)
Scope the project is mainly to:
1. Install the Initial Production (IP) facilities on CI, NI ,WI & SI.
2. Install sub-sea pipelines, cables and offshore structures for the project.
3. Install tie-ins and perform modification works at existing platforms (ZCC / NSP / SSP / WSP, GIP, GPF, PC-20, PW-32, PW-38, PC-75, PC-80, PC-69 & PC-63).
4. Install limited onshore facilities on CI, NI, SI & WI such as pipe rack modules and associated civil works as well as pig traps on CI.
Scope of work:
• Preparation of  studies for lifting and installation of CI , NI , SI and WI Structures                    (Jackets, Decks, Boat landing and riser protectors)   
•  Cargo barge layouts to facilitate safe and easy lifting offshore / inshore.
•  Selection of rigging gear based on lifting studies. 
• Conceptual Design of Installation Aids, Bumpers and Guides.

6. UMM LULU FULL FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (PACKAGE-1) (October 2013 to present)

ADMA-OPCO is developing several new oil fields in its offshore concession areas i.e. Umm Lulu (UL), SARB and NASR (NS).  The new program objective is aligned and integrated with ADMA’s corporate strategic objective for the mid-term total sustainable production target of 1 MMSTBOPD.

Package-1:
EPC Package 1 (Six new Wellhead Towers, all risers, infield pipelines, 20” Main Oil Line and Riser Platform Jacket) has been combined with EPC Package 3 (Brownfield Tie-ins and Modifications to EPS Wellhead Tower Platforms WHT-4 and WHT-6) into the Scope of Work, which is now referred to as Package 1.
Scope of work:
•  Preparation of  studies for lifting and installation of 6 Well Head Towers ( Jackets & Decks)  
•  Cargo barge layouts to facilitate safe and easy lifting offshore / inshore.
•  Selection of rigging gear based on lifting studies. 
• Conceptual design of installation Aids, bumpers and guides.

7. Refurbishment/Replacement of Boatlanings in ZWSC & ZCSC Complex

Scope of work
Includes detailed engineering, procurement fabrication, offshore removal & installation of existing/new boatlandings. The services included Refurbishment/Replacement of boatlandings in ZAP, WIP, RP , GG-II, GIP,UTP, PGB, EP & WIP platforms  

8. Shaybah NGL (Natural Gas Liquid) project  (Dec 2012 to September 2013)

Shaybah NGL Program (Saudi Aramco Oil Company):
1. Inlet & Gas Processing;
2. NGL Recovery & Utilities;
3. NGL Power Generation Project;
4. Increase Gas Handling Capacity Project.

Scope of work:
Heavy lifting works at different plants (Pkg#1/2/3/4), divided over 5 locations within a radius of 50 [km].
The project includes a newly build 'NGL plant' (Pkg#1/2/3) and the expansion of 4 'Gas and Oil Separation plants' (Pkg#4; GOSP 1/2/3/4).

Details:
The total quantity of the items to be lifted is about 450 [-], concerning; Compressors, Drums, Flare Stacks, Transformers, etcetera.
The weight varies from 50 [Te] up to 1100 [Te] per item.

Equipment:
For the execution of the heavy lifting works, the following cranes will be used:
1. 12 Crawler cranes with capacity from 250 [Te] up to 1600 [Te] (LR1350/LR1600/CC1800/CC2400/CC2800/CC8800-1 et cetera);
2. Several Hydro cranes with capacity from 70 [Te] up to 250 [ Te].

Worked  with transport activities of modules and Heavy long Column inside a construction 
Plant (max.94.0m length and 11.0m Dia and the weight of 1,250Te (The world heaviest crude column). Equipment involved are SPMT 3rd Generation, Commetto Trailers, Flat bed & Lowbed 
Trailers with Prime movers.

Involvement in Site survey and Transportation of Heavy long column and Modules from outside    main road and inside plant and erecting the vessel onto the foundation using
3200 Te Crawler crane

12.    SK Engineering (Bab Gas Compression Project, Habshan - Abu Dhabi).2010-11

         The removal and re-installation of various vessels weighing from 10 Te up to 66Te
