Full knowledge of Saudi Aramco Quality System standards Schedule-Q, Quality Plans, Quality assurance procedures, Quality control procedures, Maintenance of Quality Record, Preparation of Inspection and Test Plans, Implementations of Preventative and corrective actions. Document Control of Drawings, as Built Drawings, Technical Queries., Preparation of Inspection Schedules and internal auditing as Per ISO 9001:2008.
To manage the MEP Infra development works like Storm Water System, Drainage System, Potable Water Supply Pumping stations, Fire Fighting Hydrant Systems and MEP works in Electrical Substations along with Mechanical installation activities in High-rise Buildings, Residential/Villa Projects, Commercial Projects and Utility Works. Involved in Carrying out the Mechanical System Installations as per standard requirements, Verifying Compliance of Project Specification/Local Regulation Requirement, Testing and Pre-commissioning as per contract scope

Mechanical Engineer
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with the Project Requirements and also as per the local authority standards.
- Implement the Approved QA/QC management system at site
- Preparing Method of Statements for Installation and Testing Commissioning, ITP, Check list, Operation and Maintenance Manuel, Training Manuel, Asset registry, Spare parts List, Controlling all logs As Built Drawing and All Site related Inspection.
- Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors
- Coordinate all nondestructive testing procedures at site.
- Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
- Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
- Participate in the site internal and external site audits
- Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors
- Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
- Review the customer’s specification and undertake relevant training to the site team for the Execution of work.
- Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
- Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the
QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel - Elaborating inspection and test programs
Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status
Education
- Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Sridhar University, Rajasthan, India
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from The Kerala Technical Education Technology, Kerala, India
