I started my career as a front office executive in Saksin Lifesciences which is a Biotechnology R & D firm where I was involved in Front desk managing, raising purchase orders, screening profiles, Initiating the first round of logical round for the candidates, arranging for transportation, etc. and shifted to a sister concern company Theragen where I was an HR & Admin Executive looking after end-to-end recruitment,  onboarding &exit formalities. Later Promoted as Senior HR & Admin Executive based on my performance .
