IHS Towers • Dubai, UAE

IHS Towers is one of the largest telecommunications infrastructure providers globally by tower count. Managing Market Growth and Enterprise Architecture IT projects across multiple countries at IHS Towers. Senior Manager, IT Delivery Spearheaded multiple implementation and rollout projects, digital transformation initiatives, and infrastructure and data projects for IHS Towers. Drove the delivery of key project milestones and objectives within stringent time, cost, and quality constraints. Reported directly to the Enterprise Architect and Delivery Director, cultivating strong relationships with business leaders across the organization. Directed multiple teams of 6-10 members each. Key responsibilities:  o Develop project scopes and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility. o Facilitate the vendor selection process: identify requirements, market research, evaluate vendors, benchmark, RFI, RFP, negotiations, contract awarding, organizational readiness, and monitor the vendor’s performance. o Support the PMO in the validation of organizational project management processes. o Coordinate development and implementation among the different Teams. o Perform risk management in conjunction with the stakeholders and assuming responsibility for solving problems. o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. o Update the projects in the Azure DevOps and setting up the Agile ceremonies. o Communicate effectively across all levels, engaging and inspiring at senior levels internally and externally.
