I have also excelled in handling customer calls and resolving any issues they may encounter during the trading or payment process. Additionally, I have assisted the team with referrals and provided support in various aspects of the business.

During my tenure as a Receptionist and Cashier at Artistic Photography Studio, I successfully managed customer reservations for events and provided excellent service to customers visiting the studio for photography services. I handled cash transactions, addressed customer complaints, and ensured the smooth operation of the studio.

In my previous role as a Quality Analyst at PCM World Wide Flights LTD, I was responsible for auditing sales calls, managing the QA team, and creating reports.
