Managerial Role. Previous experience in several Multinational Hotels, such as working as Guest Services
officer, Telephone Operator and in Reservations and Revenue Departments. Strong Managerial skills and
waste knowledge of Reservation, Sales, Revenue and Front Office.

Designation: Central Reservations Manager
Responsibilities of this role include
 Actively maintaining business relationships with corporate, leisure business and travel agents
 Managing the Reservations team in managing high volume of reservations with superb accuracy
 Managing cancellations pick up and release dates
 Creating rate codes and attaching in to contracted profiles.
 Taking care of group requests.
 Opening and closing the online channels.
 Forecasting and budgeting of Room Revenue
 Controlling the rates.
 Identifying opportunities to ensure revenue is maximized via multiple booking channels
 Ensuring the charges for the released rooms are communicated to the client and processed
 Ensure rates are correctly loaded into reservations to maximize efficiency and eliminate revenue debates.
 Checking Arrivals for the next day to ensure all reservations are correct.
 Handling No-Shows on regular basis
 Monitor staff productivity and performance and taking appropriate action when necessary to ensure departmental goals and targets are achieved.
 Ensure that the department meets relevant productivity targets on call handling and conversion ratios for all products lines.
 Maintain effective staff scheduling ensuring optimum level of staff resources according to business need.
Designation: Reservations Acting Team Leader
Accor Central Reservations – MAF Hospitality
Responsibilities of this role include:

 Supervising the Reservations team in managing high volume of reservations with superb accuracy
 Managing cancellations pick up and release dates
 Identifying opportunities to ensure revenue is maximized via multiple booking channels
 Ensuring the charges for the released rooms are communicated to the client and processed
 Ensure rates are correctly loaded into reservations to maximize efficiency and eliminate revenue debates.

 Hold regular team meetings/Daily Briefings
Designation: Reservations Agent
 Responsible for processing room reservation by fax, phone, email & extranet
 Accepting and keeping records of advanced deposits on reservations
 Cooperate with the group of sales managers/Executive assisting them with Corporate Bookings.
 Used proper procedures to change or cancel reservations
 Processing and filling paperwork correctly
 Handling customer concern properly
 Executing strong customer service abilities
 Responsible for all other duties assigned
