High School Emirati Looking for HR Asst Job, have experience as HR Asst

Approximate rate: د.إ 6 per hour

Experience

  • Organizing an Interview schedule with candidates, issuing of offer letter for selected candidates.
  • Collection of Documents from offered candidates such as Photo, Passport copies, Certificates copies, bank account, Visit Visa or Cancel visa for joining formalities.
  • Coordinating with PRO for Labour Card,Visa Process , EID, Medical & Occupation Health card for new joinees and renewal of existing employees and cancellation process,
  • Maintaining employee’s files in personnel file scan copies in employee’s folder and updated employee’s details in HRMS software.
  • Safe custody of employees passport,send information by email.
  • Update RTA related in excel file.
  • Coordinate with insurance company for addition and deletion of employees in insurance.
  • Coordinate with time keeper for daily attendance, absent list. Update in excel for salary process to support HR payroll officer.
  • Coordinate with accounts team to collect Trip Allowance, Sales Commission, and Deduction and forward to Payroll team.     
  • Updating Sick Leave, Absent,Overtime, Sales Commision,Vacation in HRMS software.
  • Communicate and resolve issues with employees for vacation balance, OT, Ticket amount, Occupation Health Card etc. Organize cakes for birthday employees.

Education

  • Coordinate with insurance company for addition and deletion of employees in insurance.
  • Coordinate with time keeper for daily attendance, absent list. Update in excel for salary process to support HR payroll officer.
  • Coordinate with accounts team to collect Trip Allowance, Sales Commission, and Deduction and forward to Payroll team.     
  • Updating Sick Leave, Absent,Overtime, Sales Commision,Vacation in HRMS software
